Bertoli Fruit is located in Puglia, in Modugno in Bari province.
The company covers an area of 40 hectares, all in fruit.
It's equipped to implement a complete "productive" control cycle on the grounds of his property with efficient and technically prepared staff, we can move in all steps of grapes plantation; such control is aimed at obtaining a product selected in accordance with the new regulations and is also certified HACCP food EUREP GAP.
Our production is followed in all its phases by a technician, so it is a production under controlled conditions with low environmental impact and low residues of plant protection, all attested by a certified technician.

Bertoli Fruit is equipped with the most modern facilities of refrigerating room that keep intact the properties of freshness, palatability, and nutritional product quality until it reaches the tables and abroad.

In the last years the company has improved the activity of selection, packaging, conditioning rapid temperature by implementing a strict control of all critical phases of the product, ie, from cultivation to consumption.

Our packaging is mainly

each box contains partitions of cardboard or foam to protect, preserve and well packaged grapes, all embellished with ribbons of metallic red.
We can also pack the products according to the needs and demands of the customer, such as preparing the clusters in printed polyethylene bags (carry bags) or in baskets from 1 kg.
